Canton Schools Participates in Fundraiser for Local Girl

The Canton and Seiling public schools are having a fundraiser competition for 4 year old Vivian Whiteacre, a resident of Chester, who is undergoing cancer treatment. Canton Public Schools and Seiling Public Schools are competing against each other to see who can raise the most money by game day on Oct 7, 2022.

For the school who raises the least amount of money, the school’s administration has to wear the opposing team’s color for the Canton v. Seiling game.

Each grade in Canton High School will be having its own fundraiser to support the fundraising.

The 7th grade is doing a raffle for a $100 gas gift card.

The 8th grade is selling cookies.

The freshmen class is selling raffle tickets for a meat basket.

The sophomore class is doing a 50/50 raffle.

The junior class is selling t-shirts, and the senior class is passing the bucket at a football game.
