Tuesday, November 28, the Canton Tigers traveled to Watonga for their first game of the season.

The game started off with the Watonga Eagles winning the tip-off. The Tigers struggled to score, while the Eagles were scoring constantly. At the end of the first half, the score was Watonga 38, Canton 11.

At the start of the third quarter the Canton Tigers started to catch up, but their efforts fell short. During the fourth quarter, the Eagles cruised to a comfortable margin.

The final score was Watonga Eagles 62, Canton Tigers 27.
