The Canton Lady Tigers high school cross country team traveled to OBA’s football field to run regionals. It was muddy, raining and cold. The Lady Tigers competed with 128 total 2A high school girls.  

“How I prepare myself for regionals–I run everyday to get better and try to knock some time off my previous times,” Hanna Noble, sophomore, said.

“When the word regionals goes through my mind, I usually get a little nervous and excited, I usually think, ‘Oh shoot’,” Arianna Green, sophomore, said.

The team placed 10th overall. Arianna Green placed 39th, Keely Green placed 62nd, Madison Rauh placed 65th, Hanna Noble placed 79th, and Brianna Redhat placed 117th.   

Regionals brought an end to the Tigers’ cross country season.
