Haunted Hallway

At 10:00 a.m. on October 31st, the Canton High School faculty and students lined up in the hall to hand out candy to the head-start, pre-k and elementary students. The hallway was decorated as a circus tent, with flaming hoops and a fortune-teller’s table.

The first trick or treaters to pass were kindergarten through 4th grade. The second wave of trick or treaters were pre-k students, who at first hesitated to walk through the hallway, but were driven to walk through for candy. The final wave of children were from head-start who showed up at 11:45 a.m., and were greeted by dressed up faculty members handing out candy.

The only elementary grades that were not present in the haunted hallway were the 5th and 6th grade classes who had left for a movie.
