The top two teams advanced to state. Canton placed third. “I am very proud of the team.  We did not have all of our team members at Area due to other activities being scheduled on the same date.  We improved a great deal from last year, and do not have any seniors on the team, so I am looking forward to next year,” Bryan Cox, coach, said.
