Tigers Defeat The Chiefs

On February 1, the Canton Tigers traveled to Cherokee to play the Cherokee Chiefs. At the beginning of the game, the Chiefs started with the ball. On defense, the Tigers stopped the Chiefs from scoring. On offense, the Chiefs’ were unable to stop the Tigers from scoring.

In the second quarter, the Tigers started with the ball. On offense, the Tigers looked to drive, however, the Chiefs managed to stop the Tigers from scoring. On defense, the Tigers stopped the Chiefs from driving, but were unable to stop the Chiefs from shooting a three-pointer.

After half-time, the Tigers started on defense. On defense, the Tigers stopped the Chiefs from scoring, and managed to steal the ball  to make a fast-break. On offense, the Tigers drove through the Chiefs’ defense and scored. Tiger, Deonte Murray received an intentional foul.

In the final quarter, the Tigers started on offense. On offense, the Tigers drove through the Chiefs’ defense, drawing fouls. On defense, the Tigers managed to stop the Chiefs from shooting three-pointers, but were unable to stop the Chiefs’ post.

The final score of the game was Canton Tigers 52 and the Cherokee Chiefs 47.
