Wrld’s Juiciest Music Ranked

The best comparison for 20-year-old Chicago rapper Juice Wrld’s music to is it is like a stranger oversharing their problems on a bus. With his hypnotic melodies and painful stories, he draws the listener in from the start.

Jarad Higgins A.K.A Juice Wrld busted into the music scene in the summer of 2018 following the release of his Goodbye and Good Riddance album. Juice Wrld is different from the rest of the music industry because he talks about things from a realistic point of view rather than a good or bad one.

The young artist deals with everything from love and drugs to depression and handling fame in his music.

His new album Death Race for Love is set to release on March 8, 2019, and it will probably include much of the same sound and message his listening audience fell in love within 2018. With that being said,  Mr. Higgins will surely have some twists and turns in the album to keep the audience hooked. These twists and turns are what drew in so many listeners on Goodbye and Good Riddance. With so many good songs, it is hard to pick only ten, but here are Juice Wrld’s top 10 songs.

  1. “Robbery”

“Robbery” is Juice Wrld’s latest release and hopefully a precursor for his upcoming album. It has a very unique beat that includes a piano, which ties the whole song together. Juice Wrld has proved time and time again that he can release his genius on any beat, and he did it again with “Robbery.”

  1. “Fine China” collaboration with Future

Future is easily one of the greatest artists of the decade and so him jumping on a whole album with Juice Wrld just proves that the young artist is legit. The duo had plenty of good songs on their “WRLD on Drugs” album, but “Fine China” is the one that quickly blew up, and it was probably because of the song’s chorus which is extremely catchy.

  1. “Without Me” Halsey, a remix featuring Juice Wrld

While this may not actually be Juice Wrld’s song, his feature on it definitely made it better. His hard-hitting line “along the lines of social suicide” just added some character that was not there on the original song.

  1. “Demons and Angels” A Boogie wit da Hoodie featuring Juice Wrld

One way a listener can tell if an artist has talent is by listening to the songs they are featured in, and Juice Wrld must know this because he has a way to make any track his own. In “Demons and Angels”, Juice Wrld plays a huge role in the song’s vibe as he does so often.

  1. “Cigarettes”

“Cigarettes” is an unreleased track that can be difficult to find at times due to streaming companies taking it off of their apps, but when it is found, it is just good for the soul. It draws the listener in from the minute the guitar starts playing and it keeps them entranced the whole time.

  1. “1400/ 999 Freestyle” Trippie Redd featuring Juice Wrld

Juice Wrld has proven over and over again that he can freestyle like the greats and this song just increases that proof. The mix between Trippie Redd’s and Juice Wrld’s voices is interstellar, and it is what makes the song as great as it is.

  1. “Yacht Club” Lil Yachty featuring Juice Wrld

“Yacht Club” is definitely one of Juice Wrld’s most interesting songs because of how it is done. After one rapper goes for a while, the other jumps in and for a portion of the song the rappers go back and forth on every line. The listener can obviously tell that the two artists were having fun while they recorded this.

  1. “Hide” featuring Seezyn

On “Hide” Juice Wrld attacks the song from more of a pop angle and it makes the song extremely good. This song is perfect for driving around with friends with the windows rolled down on a nice night.

  1. “Armed and Dangerous”

While Juice Wrld is the supposed father of emo rap, Armed and Dangerous is about as far from emo as possible. This song has a very happy beat and Juice Wrld feeds off of it. In the music video for this hit, the young artist has a big smile and is dancing like crazy showing no signs of sadness.

  1. “Lucid Dreams”

Every artist needs a song that puts them on the map and “Lucid Dreams’ was it for Juice Wrld. The song quickly picked up listeners when it was released over the summer and it made its way to number one on Billboard. “Lucid Dreams” was just a precursor for all the greatness that has came and will continue to come after its release.
