On Thursday, October 17,  at 6:30 PM the Canton FFA held its annual labor auction to raise money for various activities. There was a total of 46 people sold at auction,  including Mr. Mitchell, the ag teacher. They were auctioned off for one, eight-hour workday. 

The highest bid was for seven hundred dollars for Mr.Mitchell. The FFA chapter raised a total of $13,065. FFA vice president Seth Bromlow and secretary Jake Sinclair were each sold for $600. The chapter also auctioned off deserts and baskets that each grade made.
