On January 13, the junior high Lady Tigers headed to Seiling for the Dewey County Tournament. For the Lady Tigers first game, they played the Fairview Lady Jackets. The Lady Tigers had a solid first game of the tournament. The Lady Tigers won the game 21 to 9. They then advanced to the next game.

On January 16, the jh Lady Tigers traveled back to Seiling for their next game against the Seiling Lady Wildcats. The Lady Tigers played a tough game against the Lady Wildcats. The Lady Tigers were destroyed by the Lady Wildcats with the score of 4 to 42. This defeat meant they would compete Saturday for 3rd place.

On January 18, the jh Lady Tigers traveled to Seiling for their last game of the Dewey County Tournament. The Lady Tigers played against the Vici Lady Indians for 3rd place. The Lady Tiger worked hard all game and defeated the Lady Indians. The Lady Tigers earned 3rd with the final score of 36 to 23.
