On Thursday, September 1, 2021 the Canton Tigers football team faced the Geary Bison for their second game of the season. 

To start the game, Geary received the ball and fumbled on the first possession. At the end of the first quarter the score was Canton 6, Geary 0. 

Geary started with the ball during the second quarter as well. The Tigers managed to score again bringing the second quarter score to 14-0 with Canton in the lead. 

 After halftime, Canton’s offense got on a roll and couldn’t be stopped by Geary’s defense. After the third quarter the score was 36-0. 

Senior, Johnie Burton tried for a punt to win the game but missed, however the Tigers continued to put up points. During the last quarter Canton took the game with about 3 minutes left on the clock. The final score was 50-0.
