On Tuesday, October 26, Canton High School will hold the National Honor Society Induction in the school’s library. The induction introduces the new officers and members.

New officers are President, Braxton Thompson, Kenzi Nix, Vice President, Secretary, Hanna Sullins, Treasurer, Kylie Nix, Reporter, Luke Foster, and STUCO Rep, Madison Rauh.

To be a part of the National Honor Society students have to have a GPA of 3.25, and five community service hours. They also need to be active within the school and community.

Canton’s National Honor Society students will be tutoring students before school at 7:45 AM. Every day there will be a variety of members to help anyone who needs extra help.

“I think it’s a great opportunity to help anyone who needs it,” Kenzi Niz, vice president, said.
