These are some bedroom decor trends that will be popular for 2022. These trends will continue to be seen throughout the year.

All-white bedrooms with a splash of color were really in for a while, white walls, white comforters, bed frames. This was trendy a few years ago and everyone wanted her room like this. That trend is long gone and now teens are seeing more neutral colors. Shades of brown and green, especially sage green, have become really trendy. 

With all the time people have spent indoors, they are seeking that reconnection with nature. Having these natural colors is a way to connect through nature after being still somewhat isolated from the world. More people have taken to more earthy tones like greens, warm browns, tans, grays, and black. 

With the nature theme, plants have become popular and they have been for a while, but in recent years, it has changed. 

Fake plants were the thing and most people had some type of fake plant in their bedroom. Now people are appreciating actually taking the time to learn how to properly take care of plants to stay alive in bedrooms. 

Even though fake plants aren’t really in anymore, they are still being used in a way. Fake vines have actually been trendy as decorations to drape over walls and ceilings. Fake moss has also recently become a thing and used as decoration. A lot of people have also used fake moss and flowers on mirrors to decorate them.    

LED light strips have been popular and still used by a lot of people, but are not as popular anymore. The sunset lamp that’s been taking over Tik Tok is replacing LED light strips. More people are getting rid of their LED lights and switching them out for a sunset lamp. 

Vintage bedroom accessories like record players have also made a comeback and because of this, artists have been releasing their albums more on vinyls. The Crosley record player is the most popular and common record player for teens to have in their bedrooms.
