On September 28th, an initiation was held in the library for officers and new members of FCCLA. The new members are Devin Blood, Hopelin Hood, Kalli Lawrence, Erica Moldrup, Marci Rhodes, Alyssa Sutton, Courtney Thompson, and Samantha McEachern.

Each member was dressed nicely and was given a rose. The rose is a symbol of beauty and honoring the members for joining FCCLA. After the initiation, they had their first official meeting of the year and also enjoyed the cake and punch provided by Mrs.Haub.

Having an initiation is a great way for the students to understand the purposes of the organization!
