Canton STUCO bought a new tiger mascot costume this week after searching for a new costume for several weeks. The costumes ranged from six hundred dollars for one that looked like it was made in a basement to a costume that was eighteen hundred dollars for one that looked real and would actually last more than two years. It was time for a new one because the other one was as old as dirt. The mascot this year is Garrett Nippert. The new tiger costume is soft, clean, and people can tell that it is a tiger. The old costume was dirty and matted. The mascot will be named by student vote through an online poll.
