Fairmount Santrol Plant Donates Trees To School
The Fairmount Santrol Plant planted nine trees around the Canton School to help beautify the community Tuesday, August 21. Two trees were planted north of the high school, three next to the high school gym, and four at the kindergarten playground.
Mrs. Fuqua, teacher at Canton Public School, said that some of the elementary classes will be adopting a tree and taking care of it through the year. The elementary classes will be watering their tree and keeping it healthy.
