Top Five Essentials for Surviving High School
Here are five essential items for high school.
1. A pencil
A pencil will save a life in any class. Especially if there is homework that is due in just a couple more seconds. Even though some schools have computers, they do not save stuff that has been worked on for days, so taking notes with pencil and paper is always a good idea.
2. Sweatpants
No one wants to look nice everyday, and really nobody cares. A pair or two of these bad boys and anyone should be ready for anything school throws at them.
3. Crocs and Slides
Waking up ten minutes before the bus can happen, and it can be very bad. This is where handy slide-on shoes come in to use for their magic of only a couple seconds to put on. Students can also wear the same tube socks they wore the night before if they wear these in the morning.
4. Money
Just a few dollars to buy something for the next class is always awesome. The only downside is everyone else wanting a piece of candy or a drink. Forgotten dues is always a good thing to have money ready for.
5. Charger
Having an uncharged phone or Chromebook is no fun and teachers do not appreciate it when a student cannot do their work. The phone charger is essential for staying connected to the outside world. Nothing is worse than a phone that is dead by fourth hour.
