STUCO and Tiger Media Students of the Month for November are Cody Conrady and Hayleigh Noble.

Each month STUCO and media advisors, Mr. and Mrs. Barney, select one STUCO member and one media student as Student of the Month. The selection is based upon students’ willingness to go above and beyond the call in media classes and at STUCO events.

“I was surprised that I got the award, because I never do anything right,” Cody Conrady, sophomore said

STUCO members have had an extra busy month with Pink Out, Halloween dance, and State Convention. Media classes involve daily updates to the school online newspaper, The Claw, as well as putting together the yearbook.

“It caught me off guard, because I did not think I would get it, but I was really happy when I did,” Hayleigh Noble, sophomore said.

“The reason these students are picked is because they have been top hands all month. The go above and beyond without being asked to. Cody was my go-to assistant grill master at Pink Out, and Red is always on top of it. She sees what needs to be done, and she does it,” Kyle Barney, co-sponsor, said.
