Three Canton High School students went to the 2019 Youth Leadership Summit in Owasso, Oklahoma. They left on Friday, January 25,stayed overnight, and returned on Saturday, January 26.

On Saturday they went to different classes where they learned about how to become a National Banner School, how to start a Respect Campaign, the history of special olympics, and how to get more students involved in a unified school. The students intention was to bring back and use what they learned at the Youth Leadership Summit at their school.

The summit was set up, organized, and all of the classes were taught by other students. The summit was for schools who have a unified club, or special olympics.
