FCCLA and STUCO Sponsor Food Drive
Starting November 10, FCCLA will be collecting cans for the Canton Food Bank. All the food collected will go to the Canton Food Bank at the Canton Christian Church.
The grade with the most poundage of donated food will win spirit points for their class. There will be a high school division with 10th, 11th, and 12th grades, and a junior high division with 7th, 8th, and 9th grades.
Every student who brings 5 food items will get 10 bonus points from their teacher of choice. Teachers giving points will be announced next week.
The following food items students can donate are on sale at Canton Foods:
- Canned vegetables- 4 cans of Libby’s Vegetables for $3
- Pasta sauce, 2 cans of Ragu Special Spaghetti Sauce for $2
- Canned fruits, 3 cans of Libby’s Fruits for $5
- Broth, 4 cans of Swanson Broth for $3
- Mac & cheese, 5 boxes of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese for $5
