The electives at Canton High school vary from Art to Ag to Desktop. When asked what their favorite classes were, students responded with many different answers and their reasons varied.

Some students enjoy their electives because it gives them a time to do something they are not allowed to do in any other classes. “Art is my favorite, it just gives me a time to doodle, I can doodle without getting into trouble,” Jayden Mosqueda, freshman, said.

Students often have their favorite classes because it is more fun than any of their other classes. “My favorite class is either Ag or Desktop because they are the most fun,” Zane Foster, sophomore, said.

The students’ favorite classes do not have to be electives. They can be regular classes like math, science, or history. “My favorite is history because it’s easy,” Alex Sutton, senior, said.

All the students at Canton High School have different favorite classes. They all vary, whether it is an elective class or just a regular class.
