On Friday, October 5, the Tigers played their seventh game of the season at home. They played against Laverne. The Tigers received the opening kickoff to start the game.

The Tigers started the game off by driving the ball down the field and scoring. Laverne, not long after the Tigers, also made a touchdown. The Tigers fought hard, but could not stop Laverne from scoring, several times. The score at the end of the half was the Tigers 8 and Laverne 46.

In the third quarter, despite being down 38 points, the Tigers still fought. By the end of the third quarter the Tigers managed to score again. The Tigers were 45’d in the end of the fourth quarter. The score at the end of the game was the Tigers 16 and Laverne 66.

After the game both teams gathered in the middle of the field to pray together.
