Tigers Fall To The Bearcats

For the tenth game of the season, the Tigers played against the Mooreland Bearcats. At the start of the game, the Bearcats won the jump, with the Tigers starting on defense. On defense, the Tigers held off the Bearcats, with the Tigers stealing the ball and making a fast-break. However, the Tigers were unable to score, with the Bearcats rebounding the ball and making a fast-break. The Bearcats scored the first points of the game. On offense, the Tigers ran their set plays, getting a foul. The Tigers made both of the following free-throws.

In the second quarter, the Tigers started on offense. The Tigers kept running their set plays, however, the Bearcats stole the ball and made a lay-up. On defense, the Tigers held off the Bearcats from driving, but were unable to stop the Bearcats from shooting threes.

After half-time, the Tigers started on defense. On defense, the Tigers did a man defense at the start of the third quarter, however, the Bearcats were able to score a jump-shot. On offense, the Tigers tried forcing shots but were unable to make their shots.

In the fourth quarter, the Tigers started on defense. On defense, the Tigers stopped the Bearcats from driving, but the Tigers were still unable to stop the Bearcats from scoring. On offense, the Tigers kept trying to force shots, and also draw fouls. In the final minutes of the game, the Bearcats received a technical foul, however, the Tigers were unable to make the following free-throws. For the final minute of the game, the Bearcats held the ball, with the Tigers desperately trying to get the ball.

The final score of the game was the Canton Tigers 41 and the Mooreland Bearcats 65. The Tigers’ next game will be on January 9th, in the Medford Tournament.
