Tigers Place Third in Buffalo Tournament

For the first game in the Buffalo Tournament, the Tigers played against the Beaver Dusters. At the start of the game, the Tigers started on defense. For the second game in the Buffalo Tournament, the Tigers played the Mooreland Bearcats. At the start of the game, the Tigers started on defense. On defense, the Tigers were unable to stop the Bearcats from shooting a jump-shot. On offense, the Tigers ran their play, scoring an open three-pointer. After half-time, the Tigers started with the ball. On offense, the Tigers tried to run their play, however, the Bearcats stole the ball and made a fast-break. On defense, the Tigers were unable to stop the Bearcats from shooting three-pointers and jump-shots. The final score of the game was the Canton Tigers 52 and the Mooreland Bearcats 59.

For the final game in the Buffalo Tournament, the Tigers played the Sharon-Mutual Trojans. At the start of the game, the Tigers won the jump. On offense, the Tigers passed the ball around, making a three-pointer. On defense, the Tigers managed to stop the Trojans from shooting threes, but were unable to stop the Trojans’ post from scoring. After half-time, the Tigers started with the ball. On offense, the Tigers tried to draw fouls, however, the Tigers were unable to draw fouls. On defense, the Tigers were able to steal the ball from the Trojans, but were still unable to stop the Trojans’ post from scoring. The final score of the game was the Canton Tigers 47 and the Sharon-Mutual Trojans 44.
