Tigers Take First In Medford Tournament

For the first game in the Medford Tournament, the Tigers played the Freedom Eagles. At the start of the game, the Tigers started on defense. The Tigers, on defense, stole the ball from the Eagles and made a fast-break. Throughout the first quarter, the Tigers stole the ball from the Eagles, making fast-breaks. In the second half of the game, the Tigers would start on defense. On defense, the Tigers started trapping the Eagles, making them turn-over the ball. On offense, the Tigers drove through the Eagles’ defense, making lay-ups. The final score of the game was the Canton Tigers 60 and the Freedom Eagles 18.

For the second game in the Medford Tournament, the Tigers played the Medford Cardinals. At the start of the game, the Tigers started on defense, with the Cardinals starting on offense. On defense, the Tigers stole the ball from the Cardinals, making a lay-up. On offense, the Tigers ran their plays, looking for an open player. In the second half, the Tigers started on defense. On defense, the Tigers stopped the Cardinals from driving, however, they were unable to stop the Cardinals from getting an offensive rebound and scoring. On offense, the Tigers started holding the ball, trying to waste time on the clock. The final score of the game was the Canton Tigers 51 and the Medford Cardinals 29.

For the third game in the Medford Tournament, the Tigers played the Drummond Bulldogs. At the start of the game, the Tigers started on offense. On offense, the Tigers tried to run their play, however, the Bulldogs stole the ball and made a layup. On defense, the Tigers were unable to stop the Bulldogs from scoring. In the second quarter, the Tigers stopped the Bulldogs from scoring and started making their shots on offense. In the second half, the Tigers started with the ball. On offense, the Tigers shot three-pointers and jump-shots, giving the Tigers the lead. On defense, the Tigers were able to stop the Bulldogs from driving, however, they were unable to stop them from shooting threes. The final score of the game was the Canton Tigers 58 and the Drummond Bulldogs 45.
