Fright Fest Has Its Ups and Downs
This weekend I went to FrightFest for the first time. To be honest it was okay. There were really long lines, but they moved quickly. We arrived at 4ish but stayed till around 10.
We went into the scariest one first. It was Nightmare. At the beginning it was really fun but then we all got backed up and it felt like we were in line again. It ruined it, honestly.
We went to another one called Garden of Evil and it was… something. We were stuck behind this poor old lady in a wheelchair and we kept on catching up to her. It was just not fun. 1/10 do not recommend. The makeup could have been better. The actors were wearing camo and had zombie makeup.
The last one we went to was Death. This one was amazing. It had a seven deadly sins theme. It was kind of demonic, but not too much to where it would be weird. At the end a guy came out of the shadows with a “chainsaw” and scared me so badly that I ran out of there so quickly the security guard told me to slow down.
