On the night of November 9, the Canton Tigers and the Hinton Comets tipped off to a game of basketball.

During the first quarter, the Tigers were unable to score but gave it their all to prevent the Comets from scoring. Then in the second quarter, the Tigers were unable to score again.

During halftime, the score was Canton 0 and Hinton 22.

In the third quarter, the Tigers were able to make the first score of their game but again were unable to stop the Comets wrath. Also during the third quarter, Canton Tiger player 23, Johnnie Burton, fouled out after fouling a Comet player while preventing a lay-up. The Tigers were also able to make a few more points during the fourth quarter but again were unable to stop the Comet’s path to the win.

The final score was Tigers 8 and Comets 66. Despite their loss, the eight basketball players gave it their all against the Hinton Comets.
