Monday, November 27, the elementary Canton Lady Tigers took a trip to Lomega to play their elementary Lady Raiders. The Lady Tigers played a rough first half with a score of Lomega 12 and Canton 6.

In the beginning of the second half, the Tigers played strong defense only letting the Lomega Raiders score 8 points. The Tigers were strong and passed the ball to get 4 open shots that were all good, which bumped them up 8 points. The score at the end of the third quarter was Lomega 20 and Canton 14.

Rolling into the fourth quarter the Tigers refusing to give up, fought hard and scored. Lomega managed to get one shot through the Tigers’ defense. The Tigers played a tough game with the ending score of Lomega 21 and Canton 15.
